On World Cancer Research Day 2025, CasInvent Pharma achieved a significant milestone in global outreach, sharing our mission with more than 25 million viewers and listeners across the United States and the United Kingdom.
World Cancer Research Day, observed annually on September 24, highlights the importance of scientific innovation in advancing safer and more effective cancer treatments. This year, CasInvent contributed to the conversation by raising awareness of one of oncology’s most pressing challenges: drug resistance.
Our CEO & CSO, Dr. Alexander Scheer, presented how our Casein Kinase 1 (CK1) inhibitors aim to block key survival pathways that cancer cells use to evade therapy. His message was broadcast live on WCNC TV in the U.S. and featured across 170 radio news stations in the U.K., providing a rare opportunity to introduce our scientific approach to a broad international audience.
We are proud of this achievement and grateful for Dr. Scheer’s ability to communicate the importance of our research with clarity and purpose. This moment marks another step forward in expanding CasInvent’s visibility and strengthening our commitment to transforming cancer treatment.
